Just over here living the kind of summer I could o Just over here living the kind of summer I could only dream about. Soaking it up. Breathing in the kindness and favor of the Lord. Just missing my kids (and ice cubes).

Our future is uncertain, but really, so is everyone’s. We’ve simply been given the gift of knowing and preparing which has led us to this summer of intentionality and purpose. Alaska and Italy… and all the laughter and beauty and memories that we can handle.

So we eat all the pasta and hike through vineyards and breathe in the Italian beauty. And it doesn’t erase the years of treatments and hospital stays or stop what might be coming next, but it’s not supposed to. Everything in this life is light and momentary. Both the hard and the beautiful. And God is present and good in both.

Grateful. Ciao 🇮🇹
